Office Policies

Patients are encouraged to book all appointments in advance and whenever possible. Please mention the reason for your visit.

Cancellations and re-bookings require 24-hour notice.

Voicemail and Emails will be returned within 2 business days.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1. 

If you are unsure if you require emergency attention, you may also call the BC Nurse’s line at 8-1-1 to speak with a nurse.

The office staff will not provide any results via telephone, email, or text. Please book an appointment to review your results with your physician.
