Covid PPE and safety information for visiting the office.
All visitors must wear a medical mask when entering and moving around any health care facility, including clinical and non-clinical areas; except when requested to remove their mask by a healthcare professional.
If you have any of the symptoms of COVID, please do not enter the office. Please call our office at 778-369-1420 to be pre-screened.
Symptoms include, but are not limited to:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
